DOMESTIC WORK
RCE offers a totally comprehensive domestic/residential service.
From small work jobs involving minor repairs and small additions to existing
installations, we cover the entire spectrum of re-wiring and new wires in every
type of domestic/residential building.
We are fully registered as a Part P domestic installer giving us the ability to
self certify our work and to self notify the building control departments
concerned. We also have a complete understanding of the Part L and Part M
regulations which now need to be considered when undertaking electrical work in
a dwelling.
Please remember that it is now a legal requirement to notify your local building
control if you intend to carry out work in a dwelling that requires a new
circuit and it is illegal for an unskilled person to carry out wiring in a
Kitchen, Bathroom or any external part of a dwelling. Please check out the
