RCE policy is to employ its own staff on a PAYE basis eliminating the need for Sub-contracted labour or Agency staff. We firmly believe that every employed operative is more responsible for his or her actions, takes greater care when carrying out their work and is proud to be an important part of our team.
Our pay rates are one of the highest in the South of England and fairly reflect
the hard work and dedication expected from each team player. This is just one of
the many reasons why most people who join our team stay for lengthy periods
maintaining staff turnaround at a minimum.
However, there are occasions when we need to expand our workforce and we
tirelessly search for the best people to fill those vacancies. At present we
require qualified electricians.
