RCE Electrical recently completed full electrical installation at the showpiece Ibérica Victoria restaurant in the heart of London.

Situated on the ground floor of the ‘Zig Zag Building’ – a centre of creativity, commerce and culture – Ibérica serves a unique menu created by three-Michelin starred Executive Chef Nacho Manzano and César Garcia.

Ibérica Victoria is situated over two floors with a bar and outdoor seating area. The complete design scheme was created by internationally renowned architect, Lázaro Rosa Violán, from the Contemporain Studios of Barcelona.

To replicate the pre-existing style of other Ibérica locations, RCE Electrical worked closely with their interior design team to create a relaxed and authentically Spanish atmosphere – challenging in a new-build in Westminster.

“Our in-house designers set the lighting brief and created custom LUTRON schemes to suit different dining spaces, whether a lunch with colleagues, a night out with friends or a romantic meal. It also features an ‘all-on’ setting for use when cleaning. To work alongside the scene controlled lighting, we fitted a complete BOSE audio system to each dining space which was subtly integrated into the stunning design scheme.”

RCE Electrical also undertook complete specification and installation responsibilities for main electrical systems and custom security systems including an LPS1014 alarm system.

“After completing the project in Victoria, we hope to build our relationship with Ibérica and work across their other exciting, upcoming restaurants across Great Britain.”
